My family and I just moved here from NJ and we are looking for family communities in North Naples. We absolutely love Saturnia Lakes!!! The landscaping is gorgeous and every home looks beautiful. But before we go even further of looking at houses in there I wanted to know what the avg age was and if there are families in there. It seems like lately the communities we have looked at or just did some research on well the avg is 60 and up and make up a huge percentage of the community. My family and I just want to be in a nice family oriented neighborhood. Mixed of course but predominantly families. Please advise

Thank you

I don't know Saturnia Lakes but here are the amenities which usually helps identify the demographic.

Clay Tennis Courts
Basket Ball Court
Children's Tot Lot
Lap Pool
Swimming Pool
Children's Pool
Spa
Sauna
Passive Park
Social Hall
Card Room
Craft Room
Billiards Room
Fitness Center
Dance Room
Internet Cafe
Putting Green

My guess? It is a large percentage of snowbirds/retirees and a small percentage of families. Here is a photo from one of the events.

You might be better suited to Riverstone or Stonewood if they fit your budget.

As you know Saturnia Lakes is really large and there is a mix of everyone in there. I know a good amount of families that live in there with kids. I have a client looking in there now to buy and after talking to all my friends that live in there, they really like it.
