Places like Esplanade, Stone Creek, Pelican Marsh, Pelican Landing (in Bonita) all come to mind immediately. If you need golf or amenities, these places are top notch for your budget.

A single family home in a non-gated section in Naples Park or Bonita Springs could work also.

Yes the Summers are hot, glad you were warned already

Where in P.A are you coming from? Philly here - Valley Forge, West Chester, and over to Wilmington DE for grandparents.
Hi Marc! Thank you so much for your response!! We are from Philly burbs, Bucks County! We’re neighbors!
E-a-g-l-e-s!!!

So good to know we should be OK securing a rental in May, June or July. Not sure when we will need to move out yet, but should be in the next 2-3 months. Do you have someone I can contact regarding rentals in Naples? Do I contact real estate agents or property management companies for rentals? Also possible to get 6 month rental? One year would be okay too.

As far as a permanent home, would love new construction, however don’t want to be out in the “sticks”. Is there “affordable” new construction in Naples? And is s a new/newer home possible with $550,000 budget? Don’t mind being further inland...but not too far in.

Thanks for any/all suggestions!! I really appreciate the time all of you take to respond! It’s incredibly helpful!
