Has anyone experienced it first hand ? It has gotten very good reviews on most the travel sites.

I recommended it on another thread, but someone else said the rooms are old and haven't been renovated. I've been there many times, but it's been a few years. I also didn't stay in the room as a guest, since I lived in the area.

Yes. It's the OP's thread. He's started three on the same subject.

It is a great resort in a nice location but NOT near downtown. It is on the beach and has one of our favorite restaurants in Naples, Baleen. My husband and I stayed there a couple of years ago and it was really nice and we are hotel snobs!
