Holiday greetings:
I am looking for info on cypress Glen. Is it a laid back community of retirees or young with families. I see the average age here is 19.1 but I can't think that could be correct. IF anyone is familiar with this area please post a fair and balance assessment of what you think Cypress Glen would be like as a investment. Thank you

By investment do you mean rent it year round or live in it then sell a few years down the road?

I don't know much about the community itself. I am familiar with the area. It is in an excellent location. Close to everything.

The downside is the traffic on Pine Ridge Road is hell, especially at rush hour, and it is worse in the winter.

Golden Gate Parkway has been around for decades. You are thinking about Livingston Road. That took a lot of N/S traffic but Pine Ridge is E/W.
