Can anyone recommend a good rental (condo, apartment or home) in the Bellevue area? (or even ones to avoid) We're Trying to stay close to the 40 and searching for something nice, clean and safe. Would like to spend 1000 or less per month but would pay more for something very nice.

Thanks to all for any thoughts and/or information.

I've been looking at the Bellevue area when I was apartment hunting and there are pretty nice places over there - close by to I-40 and close to a lot of different shopping/grocery stores. I know this time there's a long waiting list especially for single BRs but as far as 2 BRs+ I'm not sure.

Check out Hillmeade Apartments and Grande View Apartments in Bellevue. They are very nice and have spacious floor plans. These were my choice locations however at the time, there were no single BRs available until the end of August and I couldn't wait that long. Hopefully that works out for you and your family!

Default Flood Area?

We may be moving due to job in Green Hills. We have seen a house online for rent on Harpeth Springs Drive and was told this was in the Bellevue area. Did this area receive flood damage? We will be in the area July 17th.
Thanks for all your help!
