I'm looking for a decent office in the Hendersonville area something under $500 a month and over 200 sqft, anyone know of some?

Oi!!! I'd recommend looking at City Square (probably Class C, but has moderate to heavy traffic)... or the Newman Building (less traffic), or some of the smaller homes-converted-to-business-offices along Stadium and Powell Drives. Or also, there are two buildings on West Main Street, between Free Hill Rd. and Center Point (I think one of them is called Lakeview Plaza). If those don't work out... there is a smallish building a few yards off Main Street, facing Sanders Ferry on the right side (backs up to the H.G. Hill Shopping Center). You may find lots of bargains in this market. Good luck.
