What gives? Why oh WHY is this deal with an obviously prolific scammer even still on the table? .........[/quote]

I agree. Sure don't want my taxes going to some scam.

The politicians will probably gain some sense when they figure out there jobs are on the line over this. No matter what comes of this, I think it has already cost Mayor Dimwittie his job.

The longer this remains a "serious" proposal, the worse it will be for the supporters.

I hope so. Isn't a vote coming up this month on changing the land use to facilitate Peterson's requirement for his "project"? Yet, since that initial presentation, has Peterson submitted any additional info, due diligence, or presented the financial backers? Mr. Peterson apparently can't afford to pay rent or take care of his horses, much less see a dentist. Not to be mean here, but the man apparently has no money and has been sued and evicted multiple times and owes 750K in Judgments which he is not honoring.

Read the first comment here in the Spring Hill Informer:
The Informer Community News | FESTIVAL TENNESSEE???

"This type of thing often is a cover for a simple “land-grab” scheme"

Interesting.....hope those politicians are are considering everything here, including the under the table type of stuff. This is all so "pie in the sky" there has to be an underlying motive.

You know, its not the missing teeth per se.

It's that fact that this guy is tooting his horn to the tune that he has 750 milliion in his back pocket. And he has been tooting the Festival Tennessee and Festival LasVegas song for a couple years, per my recent google sleuthing.

Anyone with THAT kind of money would have had a new set of chompers in his mouth before his BIG Public Appearance to Sell his 750 Million Dollar Product!
And ....these mystery backers supplying the big bucks should have made sure their front man had front teeth ..... thus making him a bit more presentable for his presentation. (I mean, did the chicken wing take out his teeth that very morning???)

My conclusion....NO MONEY.
Does the word "snookered" have any relevance here?
