I've been searching for the last two months. I've search zillow, Craigslist, and realtracs. I lost the battle for two leases. Now Im getting desperate and need a little help. Any ideas on where to find rental homes. My price range is 1400 - 2000. I want it no more then 12 mins from Belmont, which has a 37212 area code. And since my roommate sister is moving in nothing in the hood!! Will accept anything else. Any ideas where to look? Any help is greatly appreciated

Well the good part is that most of that area is not in the hood. There are the Edgehill projects and about a 1 square mile diameter of rough patch. Aside from that that is a very nice area filled with college students.

Sorry that I don't have specific information on a property for rent -- but - I would recommend being diligent with watching craigslist in the next few weeks. With school ending, the next few weeks should see several new listings being posted.
