off the subject but how is the job situation. i am currently a county worker at a wastewater treatment plant as a stationary mechanic and my wife is a dental biller. we currently make about 80k to 90k a year.

I agree with you 100%! and I am going with a great attitude and I live in NYC now with people of every color of the rainbow and every culture and every religion and I love them all (of my friends that is)...I also found ppl in Franklin VERY nice and friendly not like NYC where ppl will walk all over you and shove into you on the streets!

Thank you. It really drains on you.

My knee and hip problems (resulting from a bike crash) that were resolved have come back worse than ever. And yes, also allergies and asthma (both under control in Cal), hacking cough, swollen feet and ankles that I never had before moving here. The Vanderbilt ASAP Clinic and I are very good friends.

Well getting back to Franklin....I cant wait to move...Everything there looks so new and clean..not like NYC at all..everything here is old and dirty ...dont get me wrong I LOVE NYC but I look forward to the beauty and class of Franklin and better quality of life

I made $70k on my own in NYC but that job will only get me $40k in Franklin Im sure.... but the rents are less expensive and so is food

Unemployment rate is only 5% there compared to much higher rates in other parts of the country

does lower salary and the lower cost of living average out. as far as financial wise will it be better off in franklin than ny
