No real "rental agents" that I know of . . . best bet is to go to realtracs.com. Click on the county you want to live in, and then click on RENTAL. You can put in your parameters OR just put in a high rent and when the rentals come up, check at the bottom of the listing to see who the listing agent is. As far as I know, there's simply just not a lot of money in only doing rentals, so a lot of the 'rental agents' are simply real estate agents who happened to get roped into 'managing' a rental or 4 or 5.
