I saw a nice condo in Hendersonville on line. Is this a good area for two retired folks who love music and eating out alot? We need a quiet condo place, so the fewer kids the better! We don't want a "retired" community per se. I am 58, Husband is 68. We would need a condo with no one above us at all. Any suggestions where would be a good fit for us? We like to meet new people. What are some good/safe areas in Nashville to find a condo? We can spend 90,000.00 if we have to. We will be relocating from CT. Thanks for any tips/info. We plan to visit Nashville area in the near future.

Hendersonville is far from generic. I've been to a lot of generic towns, and Hendersonville most certainly does not fit that bill.
However, it is very kid friendly so I'm not sure it would be the right fit for you. However, most of the nicer Nashville area suburbs are kid friendly (meaning a lot of activities in the community are kid centered) so I'm not sure there would be necessarily a better fit.
Also, would be really surprised to see anywhere decent to buy in Hendersonville for under 100k unless I'm oblivious to condo costs (which could be likely).

Agreed, a big appeal of Hendersonville (and Williamson County to the south) is the school system. That said, there are a lot of retirees that settle in Hendersonville so I wouldn't let that necessarily be a drawback.
