Hi All,

I'm will be moving to Nashville in September, an I'll be staying for about a year. What are some good neighborhoods I should consider taking into account my demographic and wants/needs:

- 29 y/o male with $100K+ income
- Looking to spend maybe around $1500-$1800 in rent
- I tend to like young, hip neighborhoods but don't want to live in an up and coming ghetto
- Like to spend free time at coffee shops, outdoors, occasionally drink
- I'm single, so the opportunity to meet lots of women would be nice, preferably young professional women

Never done this before and that's all I can think of. Let me know if you need any clarifying information and thanks in advance.
