I'd make a good Louis XVI! ;-)

I was impressed with how well you did (until, you know, that last decision ;-). I knew the words to some of those songs but if they had put me up there I would have frozen up on the first song.

Default Brentwood or Franklin

Hi,
Had recently queried about neighborhoods in Franklin, and now, we are also looking in Brentwood.
Are the schools really that much better in Brentwood? They seem so on paper, but I know how that goes.
We are liking the idea of a large lot, which you get in Brentwood, even though an older home usually accompanies it. As long as it's not too old, we're okay.
We are not going to spend more than 400K.
We liked the atmosphere of Franklin, and I'm worried that Brentwood might be too la-di-da. We are not into 'keeping up with the Joneses', just want a nice house, nice yard, and good schools, and good friends for the kids (ages 4 and 1, the 18 year old is at LSU)
Please give opinions of Brentwood vs Franklin
Thanks,
BRMom3

BRMom - just an FYI that Brentwood is in both Davidson and Williamson Counties, so depending on where you're looking in Brentwood, your children might be zoned for Metro.
