I'd love to see the race tonight but not sure if I can ditch the baby

Of course there's a bunch of conflicting info out there, so why not ask the people! They have a designated "family" section obviously, no smoking no drinking, so is it safe to assume there is smoking allowed in the grandstands? I just like to know these things ahead of time so I know my way around, with baby in tow, always smart to know exactly where you're going! And what's the deal with the alcohol policy? No alcohol allowed in coolers, fine. No alcohol allowed in "family" section, fine. No beer on the grandstand concession menu.......so is there a beer stand? Or is this a convoluted way of saying these are dry events??

I go just about every race. There is a family section that is fairly close to the middle that you can't smoke, or consume alcohol. I know section CC is one of them. Last year they had people watching pretty hard for folks who snuck a sip in those sections. Last week I didn't see much of security floating around policing that. Last year I saw a few folks using those vape things in that section but I didnt see any this time. It is good time there for sure and often the admission is only 5$ a couple nights of the year. They put 8 divisions of cars on the 1/4 mile and 2 divisions on the big 5/8 mile track. I like that the normally start at 5 pm so you can be out of there by 10 seeing 10 really good races. You can pm me if you have any more other questions if you would like. There is beer you can buy if you like. I think it may be 6$ a can but do not know for sure. One big thing to note, once you go in after paying but you need to go back out to your car, there is no re admittance without paying again. Also there is 5$ to park which goes to the city.
