I count 5 in the general NN/440 area. None I would suggest someone coming from out of state to lease.

Just to be honest, look in Sumner or Rutherford counties
There are apartments at Exit 2 on Vietnam Vets in Hendersonville where a friend of mine lived for a year and the 3 bedroom apartment was 1600.00

Right, to put it in Chicago terms. We dont want to suggest Elgin if you are working downtown. We dont want to suggest Naperville if you are working in Skokie, etc ...

Ahh, I was looking at the map. The only one I saw was close to Kings Lane.

Hi Septimus,

I really did not want to rent in the Nashville city area as my research tells me that it would be expensive. I wouldn't mind a 30 minute commute to my job.

Thanks for suggesting MTSU. We will look into it.

There are plenty of places in your price range.

Where in the Nashville area is your job?
How far are you willing to commute?
Is your son living with you while in college?

I will work in the downtown area; willing to commute 30-45 mins; would prefer if my son lives with me.

MTSU is in Murfreesboro. That would be a awful commute to Downtown Nashville.

You might want to look towards Mount Juliet.

People looking for affordable rent do it every day.. also I assume the kid can drive and they could split the distance. There are plenty of MTSU commuters from Franklin.
