Sorry, I really wasn't trying to be confrontational. I like Donelson a lot and it would probably be the first place I would look if I decided to move. Some of us have been on here for over 10 years before the big boom, when some real estate agents and others would pretty steer everyone from Davidson County in general and East Nashville in particular. So we get a little defensive here when you over generalize about certain areas of town because it has been happening for a LONG LONG time. Good thing we didn't listen back in the day.

I see your point and understand why you feel this way. Congrats on getting in early in the resurgence of EN. It's certainly a booming area that has appreciated greatly.
