If anyone wants to read the order for yourselves, you can find it here on Metro Public Health's website. Section 2 gives a slew of exceptions or exemptions, which adds to my prediction that nobody will be ticketed, fined or arrested for violating this. There are so many ways to defeat this in court that the city will not want it to go before a judge.

In regards to the police. You're probably right in the general sense of an individual. However, they will most certainly go after non-complying businesses and their owners, as they already have, as well as respond to calls from businesses when individuals become belligerent towards employees denying them entrance over the lack of a mask. And I have noticed Metro Park Police giving out warnings to groups at centennial that were not adequately social distancing nor wearing facemasks in more crowded areas.
They aren''t legal.
