I HAD to go down every aisle while I was at Old Time Pottery! LOL!! Did you end up going to Jazzfest? Are there any other things coming up that you know of? Was your boyfriend here for awhile before you moved here??

Have a great night!
I drive to MTSU a lot and around town to explore here and there. I'm in the Square on weekdays as well.

We did go to Jazzfest and I loved it! Great idea to buy food tickets instead of dealing with cash at each vendor.

My boyfriend is from Tullahoma but has lived in Murfreesboro since around 1980, so he has a good feel on the town I figure. I'm starting to learn the various ways to get to and from MTSU - convenient since they'll be putting a bridge at Broad & Memorial and that intersection will be messed up for awhile.

I am still on the prowl for a job. I've been applying all over (entry level stuff) and am not getting too far just yet. Finding a job that will be flexible with my schooling is not easy of course, but I know it's out there somewhere!

The VA hospital, for veterans, in Murfreesboro. It's on Lebanon Pike, on the north side of town.

Thanks for the info Mike - I should HOPEFULLY be getting a call from Kroger this week. I have learned also that there's a silent s at the end of Kroger

LOL...people here in Memphis say "Kroger's". I always refer to it as "the invisible s"

Kind of like Meijer back home...people would say "Meijer's"

People will add an "s" to the end of any store that sounds like a person's name. "Wal-Mart's," "Kroger's," etc.

At first it bugged me, now I think it's funny. Even the old greater at the nearest Kroger says "welcome to Kroger's."

Wait...wait...hold it.....hold it!!!! I say "Kroger's" and I'm only 39 years old. I don't say Wal-Mart's though.
