Does anyone here have an idea for a great location to put a hot dog stand in downtown Nashville. Must have a lot of (walking) foot traffic.

You might consider looking around 4th and Church, 5th and Church, and 4th and Union. Basically, all the areas around the Arcade. Those areas get a lot of foot traffic during lunch hour and would probably a perfect place to start looking. Seems like I remember seeing a guy in front of the L&C Tower on 4th and Church a few years ago when I worked downtown.

2nd Avenue and Broadway always have a lot of foot traffic, but my guess is that there may be some restrictions down there. I don't think I've ever seen any street vendors in that area.

I had no idea GFS was a restaurant supply store. That's good to know. Thx Kim!

I found this supplier on line for Sabretts Pirylis Distributors New York Sytle hot dogs & pastrami delivered to you nationwide

You could Find Nathan's Franks in Nashville. Those are excellent. Sam's also sells Kosher Franks which are all beef and New York Style.
