How about Spring Hill? I am moving in June and will be closing oh a house this month a 3/2 with a bonus room approximately 1650 SF for $173900.00, you can also check Columbia. You probably will be able to find something around that price range there.
Check Realtracs.com, that is how I started and finally found a very nice lady realtor in the Spring Hill area thalt helped me with the home

Hi Diane-
We live in Fairview and enjoy it a great deal. Fairview is located in Williamson County which so happens to be the wealthiest county in the state. Williamson County has the best public school system in the state as well. Fairview is still very affordable and you should be able to find something in your price range. The commute into downtown Nashville will take you about twenty five to thirty minutes or so. If you need any other information just ask.

Heard rumor that a walmart and a publix are planned for Fairview. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

Default relocating

Hi:

Hendersonville is surrounded by Old Hickory lake. So if you enjoy fishing, boating or just an easy life style, perhaps Hendersonville is the place for you.

I lived in Fairview for about a year....it is a really really slow paced town. Hardly anything there. To tell you the truth it was scary how small it was. It is quite though and you won't have problems with crime at all....good luck
