Any non-dairy frozen yogurt places in Murfreesboro or nashville? (Midtown: mall, health)

You know the healthy stuff our area is not famous for...lol

I went to one in the stones river mall - that was a ripoff - self serve @ .40 an ounce, I lpaid almost two bucks for what was maybe 3 tablespoons of the stuff..then she yelled at me for wasting some when I put it in the cup...

They just opened a tasti-D-Lite in Midtown on the west end near Centenial Park. It is right next to the Rite Aid.

My boys are allergic to milk and milk protein and seeing not only soy but also rice and coconut milks ice creams are wonderful. Any other good places around Nashville to get specialty stuff like this in general? Thanks.

There probably is. I have friends whose daughter has PKU, which means she has to avoid ALL protein. There's a small but active PKU group and they have substitutes for many of the things that regularly have protein. I'll ask them if they know of a good place for milk substitutes. There may be a few products like that at Publix; I know they carry soy and rice milk.
