I was wondering is Nevada deregulated for power and gas. In Illinois we has the chose to stay with the utility or buy from a Ares approved supplier. Can you choose some else than NV energy or southwest gas?

No choice here, which is why they are overseen by the Public Utility Commission. It is relevant to note that we pay less per kilowatt than our deregulated neighboring States.
