There are several walk in urgent care places in SNH (2 that I know of in Nashua - the other is in the bldg next to Gooddale's bikes on 130), they are just not open 24/7. It looks like even that Londonderry place is only open 9-8.

Not sure where you are exactly...

Barrington Walk In, Rt 125, Barrington NH (affiliated with Frisbie Memorial) and Lee Urgent Care, Rt 125, Lee NH (affiliated with Wentworth Douglass) are 2 local to the greater Seacoast area...Barrington has hours Monday thru Saturday, Lee 7 days a week...Hope that helps!

Barrington has an urgent care, as does Somersworth. I've been to both and they are both great.

FYI, I was told that the Lee Walk In associated with Wentworth Douglass is kinda like a step down from an ER, where as the Barrington one is more like a doctor's office (in terms of fees). Not sure if this is true or not, but my husband visited the Barrington walk-in for a cold that would not go away before our insurance kicked in, and I believe he was charged $125ish.
