Randolph is a hop, skip, and jump from me-think the gardening weather is probably a bit better where you are-winter just hates to leave here.
I think Kristin will do just fine in southern NH especially since she is a city girl-not too far from Boston.Insane to move back where there is Winter??? Maybe-but you appreciate Spring and Summer that much more and Fall which is the best season of all.
LOL yeah I meant you.... You must be thinking of the Liberty Cabin, and to tell the truth I have no idea if it is still there.

It wasn't on the summit, but below it. On the summit is a great big rock a few guys can slip in under if you recall. It makes the top look a bit like the matterhorn sort of.

And yeah Whitefield can get pretty cold. I have been there to just take in a mc ride, to see the gunstore, and to attend a school class after school for historical re-enactors that was put on years ago by the same guy that puts on Muster in the Mountains. You probably know the man in a general way, or perhaps had kids in his shop classes.

Are you buying a home or renting?

Home prices here are outrageous compared to Arizona.

Renting should be fine though.

The seacoast area is better then most in New Hampshire. There is more culture down there as most are from Massachusetts.

Schools in NH are better than Arizona in general. So don't worry there. The same potential problems that kids have in Arizona are also here. In NH though there are more areas for children to play. Unless you live in the boonies or way away from other homes.

Good Luck and Welcome.
