Madison is fine, it is a nice area and a very short drive to Conway. The item I would examine is if a property is part of an association or not. The Pea Porridge Pond development is part of an association and that usually has fees attached to it that cover the costs of road maintenance and plowing. Madison also has many rural roads scattered about going all different directions as the topography in some parts of town is quite hilly. In that area being off a paved road is more preferable as they tend to be in the Snowbelt and it get a substantial amount of snow each season.
