Hello, I am looking to relocate from Las Vegas to Nashua. I would go to Mass where all my family is, but its wayyyyyy too expensive for my retired old bones. I am hoping to be able to be guided to some nice quiet neighborhoods that I don't have to worry about hearing sirens every hour. It's just me and my husband and 3 dogs. I see some homes that are quite reasonable, but I don't know anything about the area that they are in. I saw on other posts here to stay away from "tree streets". I assume that means streets named after trees. Can anyone reach out with a few suggestions?

I suspect that even the worst neighborhood in Nashua has lower crime than the best neighborhood in Vegas.

The "Tree streets" neighborhood is mostly 100+ year old homes, 40% of buildings in this neighborhood are multi-unit. I prefer to avoid neighborhoods with lots of rental housing. Also to avoid is "French Hill", or just read the entire thread on bad parts of Nashua.

This might help:
