Hi Everyone!
Recently started working in southern NH. Living near the boarder of Mass/NH it's time for a change. I've always wanted to move up to NH & I've settled on a house in the Jaffrey area. Does anyone have any insights to share? Places to eat? Info about Jaffrey?

Thanks in advance!

I don't know much about Jaffrey. But here's something I learned about which I would like to do sometime: Each year there is a special dinner party on the Ashuelot bridge each year. This year it will be September 16.

If you are moving to Jaffery most of your dining will be in Keene

Peterborough is a lot closer and has quite a few very good places to eat. There is really nothing in Jaffrey "downtown," save the old comic books store, "Escape Hatch Books."

Cool, I just closed on a house last week and drive on the that bridge to go to my house. As a matter of fact I just took my dog for a walk on the bridge this morning for the first time. Two minutes walk from my house. I will check that out this September.

I thought the Chinese restaurant downtown Jaffrey was pretty good.
