They are going fast in most of NH. There was already a trend present of people fleeing states with high taxes and regulations for states with low taxes and regulations, but with lockdowns and civil unrest in large metro areas in those states, that trend has been exacerbated greatly.

Thanks. Yes, they are seeing that. There are so many looking it’s increased competition for new listings so they are ready to move very fast. They are working with a good local Realtor and are watching the new listings every couple hours. They also are ready to jump on new listings. He’s been preapproved for a mortgage, has more than 20% in liquid assets for the down payment and the closing costs. Not sure what more they can do at this point but wait for the right place. Jay

Keene is nice, but has incredibly high property taxes. It's also a major college town...so expect the town to be infused with thousands of youths doing what youths do especially on weekends.

They are going to be working in Hillsboro so Concord would be a Drive. They have been looking in Keene which is their ideal town but good homes near downtown are going very fast there. Keene is not close either but according to them there aren’t any similar sized towns closer to Hillsboro. Any suggestions? Jay
Peterborough might work.
