New Hampshire is the least religious state in the country. I have lived in nh my entire 42 years on this earth, I have never met a single person that identified themself to me as jewish. I faintly recollect a kid in grade school that did not celebrate Christmas but that is it and I am not even sure if he was jewish. Indeed I cannot think of anyone that attends any religious weekly services.
I am not trying to scare anyone off, just trying to inform because we have a neighbor who moved here from the south for work and was shocked by the lack of religiosity.
Several of my Jewish friends belong to Etz Hayim Synagogue in Derry. They seem to be a welcoming community (even to gentiles like me...) If you'd like contact info for someone who might be able to answer any questions that you may have, let me know.
There is Chabad in Manchester. They have Hebrew school for kids 5-13. I mean, you won't find as many Jews as in NY or Baltimore, but there are some.
