I'm scheduled to do the 60 mile/3 Day walk for breast cancer in Boston 8/15-8/17. I have been training/fundraising since February and I'm happy to say that I"ve lost 50 pounds and logged over 500 miles! Unfortunately, I'm not doing as well with my fundraising efforts. Every walker needs $2,200.00 in order to walk, and I have about $650 right now.
I thought it couldn't hurt to post on here for some help. I can't tell you what a let down it will be for me to have to stay home and not participate in this walk.

Do you have a page where people could login to help sponsor you? I was going to do "the walk" a couple of years ago, but when I found out that every walker needs to raise a couple thousand dollars, I couldn't commit to it
I really wanted to do it, but that's ALOT of money to raise. I commend you for your dedication and admire the results you've seen already. It sounds like you'll do great on the 3-day! If there is a health and wellness area to post, you might want to post there as well, you just never know...
