Well, I havent been on here in a while, but still looking into real estate possiblities. I see a big multi for sale on Parsons in Colebrook. I know nothing of the area or the housing needs there. If anyone knows a little about it, please let me know. I was thinking, if I bought that place, (it's a six unit building) and offered free rent to one of the units for someone to manage it for me, would it get some interest? I live in So. NH, so I would need someone who could handle the typical, yard work, snow, light maintenance and collecting rent. I guess this wouldnt work if that was the only person living there. Let me know what you think, I believe it's been for sale for a while and needs work. I dont know how many bedrooms are in it in each unit, but will found out.

Thanks

boscoo - There is a poster on here whose screen name is "Colebrook" and actually lives in Colebrook <g>. He's not around much, so if he doesn't respond to your post, send him a DM and he may be able to answer your questions for you.

I'll try to get over that way during the week. Problem is , I leave early in the morning for work and it is to dark to see anything . Same at my return from work, it's to dark. If it is of any consolation , and if it is the building I think it is , it is a dump.
