Not to be snarky or anything, but it's pretty funny to see people make relocation decisions based on the nearness of a Target store.

I love the prevailing irony of Walmart=Bad, Target=Good.

Same Chinese made junk, low-standards, horrible workign conditions, child labor, etc. ..... just different set dressing.

fwiw, i shop at both.

Oh no. Ok, the Red Dot aisle is all cheesy cheap chinese junk. But the clothes are Viet Namese or Bangladesh!

Actually, however similar the merchandise may be, there's still a difference in the business practices between the two stores, and at least in my town the cleanliness and helpfulness levels. I won't got to Walmart around here (MD) but Target is fine. I tried the Walmart in Nashua - much better as far as stores go, but those superstores are just too big for me, and I still don't like the business practices. Not that I would base my residence on the location....

Target donates about 5% of it's profits to charity! 1% of all Red Card purchases goes to local schools!

That's a HUGE difference between Walmart and Target!

And let's not forget Walmart and their "friendly" view towards unions!

Anyone here actually employed at D-H hospital in Lebanon? Specifically in allied health (non-nursing/lab)? Would love to read of experiences pertaining to that. Won't go into what I found after interviewing as I never worked there, but am interested in reading from those who have worked there.
