I am a teacher looking to move NH. Hows the job situation out there?

Can't speak for local situations, but from my research, most teaching professions are in stasis or decline in this area, due to the overall population stagnancy of the NE region.

I'm interested in whatever anyone knows about this topic, too. I've taught computer programming at the high school level & at the college level, including writing the text in the former case & designing the curriculum in the latter. What's the likelihood of staff teaching positions in the NH colleges or in the high schools? Not specific jobs right now -- I'm 3.5 years out -- but generally if anyone knows.

Pass your resume around all the southern NH school districts. Just realize you are taking a vow of poverty because teachers are not paid very well in NH.

i vowed poverty when I took a job in Las Vegas as well. .. I d much rather be poverty stricken in a place that is surrounded by casinos and strippers
