spotted... It means that if you check for reviews online that you'll find complaints about their work. Some of the posts are detailed, lengthy, informative.
If you go to Maps.Google.com and put it in the search at the top, many of the results that come back have reviews (It'll say it underneath.."2 reviews", "7 reviews" etc)
I used to do a lot of business of Rocco's at a previous job. What I will tell you is that they are the kind of shop that does anything from "looks good from 10 feet away" fleet repairs to doing bodywork and paint on classics and race cars. It all comes down to what you want to have done and how much you want to pay. They are also an affiliated shop for virtually every insurance company, so then you have the aspect of insurance repairs being done to insurance company spec which leaves some people unhappy. Overall, I think it depends on exactly what you want to have done and how much you are willing to pay. I've seen customer specified "crap" and customer specified "best ever" come out of their shop. What I will say, having done business with the owner on many occasions, is that they do very much care about the reputation and quality of their product and business.
