Do you all know of any good butcher shops near the Collingswood/Haddonfield area? I'm specifically looking for a place to by a ham bone (for use in soup). It seems the typical grocery stores in the area do not sell just ham bones. I don't want to buy a whole ham as it will just go to waste. Thanks!

This is in my neck of the woods and would be a bit of a drive from Collingswood (20-30 minutes), but is exactly the kind of place you are looking for. I can attest that their meat is fantastic and you should see the order list for their holiday hams. They generally always have fresh ham bones in stock, but I would call before going and they will set one aside so you are guaranteed it's worth the trip.

We also get freezer orders from Bringhurst and fill our chest freezer. Soooo much cheaper than buying meat from the grocery store each week.

If they have it, I recommend the broccoli rabbe sausauge. Their jerky is good too. They run out fast because they now send half of all the jerky they make overseas to the troops.
