hello fellow CD'er's. Thinking spring with warmer weather in mind and also a possible move to the Berlin Area. I was wondering if anyone has any additional information about the Lonaconing 55+ apartments in Berlin. They are listed as affordable and from what I can see, they are. Currently in the Mercer county area with a possible job transfer. I will be bringing along an older family member and thought this complex would help keep costs down. I only have the information I have found on websites ,but I am unable to see any real reviews of the place. Also, after reading many threads/posts I had to wonder; is this area an old landfill? It looks very peaceful to me. Thanks

I've never heard of it. There's a lot of new/newer construction in that area. It was probably a farm ten years ago. There are still a couple of small active farms not far away.
Lonaconing 55+ apartments in Berlin are very nice. I have heard a lot of good things about the community. I can provide you with additional information and/or anything else you might need in regards to the application process, income requirements etc. if you still are interested. Hope this helps!
Dammit, why did those apartments at the old Acme/Grants site in Clementon get delayed (or cancelled?)
