I've lived in Riverside and the local area my entire life and I'm wondering where people feel like things are heading? I'm someone who believes in the whole walkable towns/cities thing so I love that we have a light rail line but it doesn't really provide as much as I'd like. Besides that I feel like most of the construction around here has been warehouses and shipment plants.

I picked up a new customer recently in Delanco and was really surprised at how quaint and nice the place seemed. And I have cousins who just downsized and moved into a 55+ place also in Delanco, brand new. There are some beautiful old homes overlooking the river. Another town in this immediate area is Riverton which seems to have more of the same. I don't really know much about Riverside itself though or what direction this immediate area is heading, but these strike me as some off-the-radar hidden gem towns. I lived in NJ for 25 years in various locations north and south, never had any idea they were there. To go to Delanco from Levittown, PA I have to drive through Beverly which seems a little run down but that seems like the only real blighted place on the way there apart from Burlington where I come over the bridge.
