Folks, I have to be frank & straight with some here. You are wasting your time, energy, and intelligence debating CERTAIN PEOPLE when it comes to any Government/State related spending TODAY.
Its like forcing a person who is gay to be heterosexual. Its like forcing a person who DOES NOT see the value of education, to go to College. Its like pleading for a person who dislikes minorities to marry one.
Its like forcing a fat person who loves to eat, to suddenly Stop eating & exercise.
That's what you are up against.
You are wasting your energy with certain groups of people who TODAY OPPOSE any sort of US Government Spending for OUR PEOPLE, OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND. Why? Because it is these SAME PEOPLE, SAME GROUP, SAME CHARACTERS who NOT TOO LONG AGO-gave 200% in SUPPORT, in fact CHEERED, APPROVED, VOTED for the Very Same Politicians who GOT the US into this mess.
These same characters are NOW suffering from AMNESIA !
But if you really feel the need to engage these people, ALL YOU HAVE TO ASK them is....
Today, you opposed any sort of Government or State spending regardless of what it is. Whether for Infrastructure, schools, medical needs, extended unemployment, etc etc etc
But what happened from 2000 to 2008??? Where the H E L L were you ??? Why did you keep Voting for the SAME Politicians who GOT our nation, our people, our country into this mess????
You are the VERY SAME PEOPLE who cheered, nodded, approved, & voted for SPENDING My Money, Our country's money, our Taxpayers Money to Fund $ 3 TRILLION DOLLARS, Yes, that's $ 3 trillion dollars TO BUILD a Foreign County Called Iraq . Or is it AMNESIA ???
