Help! (Newark: live in, train, transit)

Im trying to go to jersey city by train i live in south jersey does any one know how to do this? lol

First, you need to clue us in as to where in South Jersey.
Second, you could find a train stopping at Newark Penn Station, which many do, and take the PATH train from Newark Penn to J City.
There are websites such as NJ Transit that might help you.
