I have been looking in to a few one bedroom apartments in South Orange, most of which include heat and hot water in the cost of rent. Would anyone be able to help me with a ball park figure of what I would be looking at in terms of paying gas and electric?

Keep in mind that I work long hours and would not really be spending too much time in the apartment with any appliances turned on.

Any input would be great.
