Anyone lived/living in Scenic Hill or Summit Hill townhouse of west orange?? (real estate)

we are looking to rent a condo/townhouse in west orange that has garage and found scenic hill or summit hill in west orange nj. does anyone know if they are good ? we went to see them but none were vacant for the apartment lady to show us. so we just saw from outside.

any recommendations for this one or anyother property to rent will be appreciated.

I'm a real estate agent and have seen several units at Scenic Hill. They are very nice, some more than others, and have an additional family area/den and decks. The area they are in is lovely and "scenic". The develoment is safe and close to St. Barnabus Hospital, so there are probably a lot of medical personnel living there. I'm not familiar with Summit.

Hi Roz or anyone renting in Scenic Hills. My husband just started his residency at UMDNJ and we were looking to rent a condo in Scenic Hills. Our budget is $1800. Is yours in that price range or does anyone know of one that is?

We are a renters dream - super boring responsible couple, he's a doctor and I'm a teacher (on maternity leave).
