Too many to name. Voorhees, East Windsor, Paramus even ugly old towns like Woodbridge. These days it seems u have to have a sack just to live in half of these towns.

I'm pretty sure no one is going to list East Windsor on their list of richest towns in NJ.

East Windsor? You can get an almost 2,000 sf townhouse there for like 150K now.

This is one of the most black and white examples of what a good school district vs. a bad school district can do for a town's house value. Just look at West Windsor.

I dunno, there is such a socioeconomic gap there. Can we really say that the teachers in WW are better than the teachers in EW? Well, the teachers in WW would probably take credit for those schools' success of course!

East Windsor's school district used to have a very good reputation.

I have no idea about the quality of teachers in either one. What I know is how the schools are ranked. And what property values between the two look like.
