They were probably high on something or the kid has been abandoned - left by himself/herself to survive the streets....its not uncommon in Newark.
Sadly, I know that and that is how many young ones get caught up in the gangs....it's a sense of "family" to them....Lord only knows what the answers are to this problem which is spiraling out of control for communities & law enforcement....

You've got to be kinding a juvenile is responsible for the slaying of three college students. Thats just unfortunate for all parties involved
He is just one of apparently several that were involved. The juvenile was arrested, and just now there was a press conference where they announced that they are looking for a 31 year old in connection with the murders. They believe still others are involved.
