Haan, MVC people. Thanks all for your replies. I should probably open new thread for parking around the grove st path area with a zone permit. I am paying 125 dollars this month to park in a lot and i dont wanna be paying that any longer.

I thought that if you are just changing the address on your license you can even do that online and they mail you a sticker which sticks on the designated spot on the back of your license. Look online and check. That whole 6 point ID thing should be just for the one time when you have to renew it.
