I agree my realtor's call I just thought she was right. I alwasy thought two homes from lagoon was a little weird. I do think it is a selling feature to be walking distance to the beach/bay so it is worth mentioning but the pics i guess are misleading... Thanks

Is it an option for you to wait to sell? Maybe the market will get better.

The pics are pretty bad. They don't do your house justice at all. She should not be taking them herself unless she has lighting / a wide angle camera and a clue. We just got ours taken professionally and it cost $89 for 12 pics and 5 virtual tours. Plus, they host the pics and VT for you and you can link to your Realtor listing. Make sure your next agent does this or you can arrange yourself if you go FSBO.

Would you be able to give a company referral for your photos?

Default Nice home

I really like your home. It seems there is just so, so much competition out there. Yes, paying for those better pictures would be great.
The living room needs additional lighting most likely to get a good picture.
Flowers on the dining table in a nice crock or colorful jug would be good.
That area behind the dining, your family room........wondering if you have some items that would make that show as a good R&R area. Cozy it up a bit without cluttering it. People are not going to know what it is.....so many don't have imagination.
A larger picture behind the couch if you could even borrow one
Taking down the small stuff.
Its so much that less is best, even though I can see you have decluttered........
Your home is very nice though......and a good photographer would do it justice. It just seems to be slow in quite a few states now.
I hope someone comes along soon for you........crossing my fingers

Personally, I think the house is real cute. I think timing is everything in life, especially with real estate. I am sure you will sell it. You would think that being so close to the water it would have been snatched up already. One thing though, if I may? You have 2 bathrooms..yet no pics Any particular reason why? When I was selling. I was told that kitchens and baths are what matter to buyers and to focus on some improvements in those areas.

Hang in there and don't forget your statue of St. Joseph !

Best
