ok heres my deal:
worked at same company from 1989 to june 2010.
claimed and got u.i,exhausted then went into e.u.c until i found new job march 2011.
may 1,2011 got fired for safty concern, i got u.i claim but it was held 8 weeks because i was fired.
i just exhausted that claim,and it says i dont qualify for e.u.c!?
is this right?
cant i go off my old job claim?
