My husband and I built about a year ago...and we LOVE Willow Woods!! We were not too familiar with the area since we also just relocated to New Jersey. We looked in Mullica Hills at first, but because there's no industry allowed in Mullica Hills, taxes are much higher - and not much to do in the town...mostly farmland. We also thought the builder, Richmond American Homes, puts out more quality work than competitiors we've seen in Mullica Hills. This was surprising, because the builder 'names' we've seen in Mullica Hills were more popular. So Richmond American truly surprised us! Additionally, Williamstown is a great town, very good school district - we have a kindergardener - and close to shopping, entertainment, access to major routes, etc. And there is a walkable downtown...off of Main Road. We can't be happier we chose Williamstown, Richmond American Homes and Willow Woods. Good luck with your search!
