Someone on this thread mentioned exchange place. Any recommendations on where I can park in exchange place later in the evening. Which lots are open?
50 Columbus, Trump, and Plaza 5 (by Honshu restaurant) are open for daily and hourly parking. I think Liberty Towers and 77 Hudson only accept monthly paths for non-residents.
You can also park at Newport at the mall and take the 33rd St train.

Is the parking open 24/7 (50 Columbus)? Any idea when the last train from the city comes into Grove street on weekends?
Is this the address you are referring to?
50 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07302
50 Columbus and Plaza 5 are 24/7 "public" lots and are suppose to have attendants 24/7. The entrance for the Columbus garage is on the back of the building, so drive up Warren and make a left onto Steuben.
PATH is operating on reduced schedule after Sandy (til who knows when ) so 10pm is last train. Keep your eyes on the official website for schedule changes. PATH - The Port Authority of NY & NJ

Hope that helps!
Of the two lots (50 Columbus & Plaza) which one would you recommend?
Which one is closest to the path station?
Are they both close to the grove st station? Any idea what the hourly rates are on weekends?
But as someone else said--Carefully check the PATH site before you go anywhere to make certain there is any overnight service. Repairs after Sandy are extensive and still ongoing.
I would park at the mall too. But it depends on what time you are coming back (and check the schedule now, still not 24/7)
