I've been living in fort lee @800 Palisade Ave (Buckingham Tower) for the last 4 years. I know there have been a lot of questions about fort lee, commute to the city, buckingham towers, etc.. (I know I had these originally when looking in fort lee). I just answered a bunch of PM's I had about it - but if anyone has any other questions, feel free to ask. I'm actually moving from fort lee (getting a house in the suburbs), so if anyone is on the market for a fort lee luxury condo, please let me know as well.
Hi, we are looking to move to fort lee and considering some of the high rises on Palisade Ave. Would you be able to give us a sense for the elementary schools, community and commute time to midtown (via ferry)? Any response would be helpful. Also, is the Buckingham kid/family friendly or is it mostly empty nesters? Thanks.
