multi state insurance companies???? (renting, vacation home, moving to)

I recently became the owner a house just outside of Ocean city New Jersey I also have a small house in the Florida Keys and a house in the Philly suburbs of Pennsylvania. I plan on renting out my PA house and moving to NJ and using my FL house as a vacation home for friends and family. I not planning on renting the FL house out at all unless times get tough. My question is does anyone know of any insurance companies that offer Regular homeowners (not windstorm or flood) insurance and automobile insurance in all three states. I would like to insure all 3 houses and all 4 of my vehicles with one company to maximize any available discounts.
